Week Fourty-Two

Week Fourty-One
What a week. You had many exciting things happen this week. First of all you have gone from taking 1 step to taking three or four steps. Dr. Agee was right about you being an early walker (you just turned nine months old!) It's really cute to see you walk because you concentrate on your balance but then as soon as you fall you laugh at yourself! We are very proud of you:)
Not only are you walking, you are also sleeping through the night in your crib now. Your Dad spent the last week or so helping you learn how to fall asleep in your crib. I had a hard time with this because you would cry and want to be held. But he taught you really well and never left you alone in the dark to cry. He was always there with you and by the end of the week you were pretty good at your new routine!
Last, but certainly not least, you met your new friend Ellie! She was born on Nov. 3 and we went to visit her a couple of times during her first week. She's not quite ready to play with you yet but it won't be long!

Happy Halloween! Your Auntie Court and I took you to the Pumpkin Patch! You loved playing with the baby pumpkins and you hammed it up real good for Auntie Court's camera!

Week Thirty-Nine
FIRST STEPS!
Just a few days before your 9 month birthday you took your first unassisted step! You are so strong!
This week we celebrated your Great Gramma (GG's) Birthday! We loaded you in the car, picked up Auntie Court and Uncle Dave and headed to American Canyon for the evening. We played games and watched the USC/Stanford game!

You also started Kindermusik this week! You love Miss Sunny- she sings so pretty and you love to play with the shakers and the drums! You especially love to play with Miss Sunny's guitar case!

Week Thirty-Eight
We're half way through college football season and you are a huge Duck fan! (Would you expect anything else?) Here are some pictures of you in your Duck gear during the last few game days.

This week your Yay came to stay with us again! She helped you learn to stand for longer periods of time and cooked a lot of yummy food for me and your Dad!
