Happy Two Months Hazel! March 28, 2011

Week Eight

Another big week for ya darlin'!  You are gaining more control over your body now.  You rolled over from your stomach to your back, and you are learning to sit up!  You've almost got full control over your neck muscles- we've been practicing with the bumbo chair.  You've also gained a plethora of expressions and are learning to make eye contact!

Your Grams and Grandpa Ken were in town--- this is the first time you met your Grandpa Ken!  We had a fun week!

Week Seven

This week was full of excitement.  We took your first trip to the mall with the Texas Nhem's.  You slept the entire time!  Guess you're not really into shopping yet.... but I got you your first hair accessories.  Do you like your flowers or do you think they are too big?!

Meeting (Some) Nhem Cousins, Aunts and Uncles!

Your Uncle Paul, Aunt Kaci, and Cousins McKenna and Chance flew all the way from Dallas, TX to meet you.  Also your Auntie Sam, Uncle Brian, Auntie Sophal, Uncle John, Uncle Brett, and cousins Logan, Caden, Claire, Johnny, and Eric all drove down from Portland to meet you too!  What a lucky girl you are to have such a wonderful family!

Week Six

Well little baby this week was pretty quiet... you had your first cold which made me and your Dad really sad--- to watch you struggle to breath was just heartbreaking.  But you made your way through it without complaining!  You're a pretty good little baby Hazel:)

Your Dad set up the whole thing- we tricked your Auntie Courtney into thinking she was planning my surprise party and then we turned around and surprised her!  Happy 32 to me and 29 to Auntie Court.
